MIKEL'S AGENT, DENIED VALENCIA DEAL CONFIRMED BUT SEVERAL OFFERS AVAILABLE AND IN CHINA

Chelsea star John Mikel Obi who is yet to play for the Blues under new manager Antonio Conte is in difficult situation of choice of club to move to in the summer transfer open. Mikel's contract with Chelsea will end and be terminated after this season as Club are ready to let him go in this summer transfer open for any club interested for him.
And speculation over his future away from Stamford Bridge has grown with Marseille, initially, looking to be in a pole position to land his signature in the January transfer window. But Valencia's club director has confirmed that there is a possible move for Mikel to the Spanish League following their meeting on Christmas day.

Valencia's director, Garcia Pitarch told spanish newspaper Superdeporte that "In the case of Mikel Obi, with Chelsea's permission, I met with him in London on Christmas day, I informed him of the option of joining us[Valencia], he said he would think of it."

Shanghai Greenland Shenhua, Guagzhou Evergrande, Hebei China Fortune and Beijing Guoan have all been in contact with Mikel after noticing he's going to be out of contract  with Chelsea in the summer.
Mikel's Agent, Shitu have denied the rumor that his client would be joining Valencia on a four year deal. Shittu said: "It is not true that Mikel is joining Valencia on a four-year deal. The information is no correct."

Chelsea are prepared to let the Nigerian midfielder go in January and even though Valencia have made an offer they are not able to match the finance in China.
Valencia still remain hopeful but Inter Milan have also expressed an interest but Mikel is clearly keeping his option open.
