UFC-202: McGregor Beats Diaz In Bloody Battle...

'The Notorious' Conor McGregor reclaimed his UFC 196 loss over American Nate Diaz with a majority decision win at UFC 202 and immediately called for a third bout at 155lbs with the Stockton native.

The bitter rivals embraced following the back and forth contest that saw Diaz hit the canvas three times in the first two rounds. However, Diaz rallied in the third/final-rounds and put the Irishman in considerable danger when he battered him against the fence before the bell sounded.

By the time the fight ended, it was anyone's guess who had taken it. The judges scorecards underlined the closeness of the affair as two judges scored 48-47, 48-47 in favour of McGregor, and the other judge deemed it a 47-47 draw.

Diaz, whose face was left a bloody mess by McGregor punches, indicate he would like to take on McGregor again for the third time.

"I thought i won that fight, Diaz Said " I'm too real for this."
' I want number three. I gave hime number two. Let's go again. Good job today Conor but we going for three, for real. Until then I ain't coming back.

"Surprise, surprise, the king is back" Said McGregor. ' I proved the class difference. It was a hell of a fight, he is a hell of a competitor. i dropped him in the third round but then he started loading up.'
'it's 1-1, let's do it again. If you want this trilogy it's on my terms. Come down to 155lbs and we'll do it.'
