RIO 2016: CASTER SEMENYA Wins 800m Gold


South Africa's Caster Semenya won Olympic gold in the 800m in the last day of the event in Rio.

Semenya set a new national record as she won in 01:55:28 seconds to finish well clear off silver medalist Francine Niyonsaba of Burundi.
Kenya's Margaret Nyaiera Wambui took the bronze medal.

Semenya, 25, has now won two Olympic medals after a silver at London 2012
