FA Charges AGUERO....

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been charged by FA with an alleged act of violent conduct in Sunday's game against West Ham.

Aguero has until 6pm on Wednesday 31st of August to respond to the charge.

Off-the-ball incidents which are not seen at the time by the match official are referred to a panel of three former elite match officials.

Each panel member will review the video footage independently of one another to determine wether they consider it a sending-off offence.

For retrospective action to be taken, and an FA charge to follow, the decision of the panel must be unanimous.

If Aguero is found guilty of the charge, he could face a three matches suspension which will rule him out of the Manchester derby on September 10.
